Finance Business Partner - Real Estate Developer

As a Financial Analyst,your role will be largely around involvement in long range Strategic Planning, Budgeting, MIS and Financial reporting, revenue and expense forecasting, Operational & Financial metrics analysis and reporting.

The key aspects of the role include:

- Responsible for timely and accurate development of monthly performance and forecast dashboard, and MIS

reporting to Senior Management

- Providing Variance analysis of Plan vs. Actual and Budget vs. Actual for all financial parameters

- Leading business planning processes (forecasts and Operating Plan) and reporting rhythms (i.e., risk & opportunities)

- Preparing Operating expense Plan and, Expense and Profit forecast

- Preparing Competitor analysis (profitability & cost analysis) and bench-marking for industry players

- Providing ad-hoc analytical reports and in-depth analysis of financial data of the firm's performance to CFO to help in strategic decisions

- Improving the reporting process within a quick turnaround by developing automation tools and simplifying the process

Candidate Profile:

- CFA/CA/MBA graduate preferred

- Good Exposure into MIS Reporting and Financial Dashboard Reporting

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of attention to detail

- Ability to deal with large volume of data

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Male candidates preferred

- Flexible for 6 day working structure
