Finance Business Partner

Key responsibilities:

- Preparation & analysis of financial statements including cash flow statements under Indian / US GAAP, conducting variance and root cause analysis from a Budget v/s Actuals and Prior Year v/s Actuals, Prior Estimates v/s Current against Forecasts.

- Inter Company accounts balance reconciliation and confirmation.

- Prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account reconciliations for Pharma segment on a monthly basis.

- Monitor the Working Capital with special emphasis on inventory, receivables and payables including ageing analysis and also obsolete inventory liquidation process in India.

- Conducting analysis and ensuring expenses have been correctly recorded.

Qualifications:

- Required Chartered Accountant degree. Additional degree such as MBA Finance / Cost Accountancy from a premier Institute desirable.

- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

- Deep understanding of business principles and practices

- Superior attention to detail

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years post qualification work experience preferably with MNC's or large Indian conglomerates

- Manufacturing experience is preferable.
