Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing Firm - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to join our finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and a strong background in finance analysis and record-to-report (RTR) processes. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic financial decisions, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving business performance in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

- Business Partnering: Serve as a key financial advisor to business units, offering guidance on financial performance, cost management, and strategic initiatives.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results to senior management.

- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess profitability, and support strategic planning.

- Record-to-Report (RTR): Oversee the RTR processes, ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.

- Cost Management: Analyze and control costs, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement measures to improve financial performance.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, such as operations, sales, and supply chain, to align financial strategies with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits as needed.

Requirements:

Education: CA / MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 B-school.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and RTR processes, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Skills: Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced Excel capabilities.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles, manufacturing industry dynamics, and business operations.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
