Position:- Finance Business Analyst- Change Management

Location- Mumbai

Qualification- CA or MBA in finance

Experience 3 yrs-7 yrs

Profile

a.Required 3-5 years relevant experience only on Finance BA change management

b. CA or MBA in finance with experience on ledger implementation only within the Financial Services space - investment banking or capital markets

c. Project management experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using Agile method

d. Needs to have strong FS/Investment banking derivatives product exposure

e. Very good communication skills a must.

f. Risk Management by analyzing gaps in existing systems and implementing changes after client consultation

g.Facilitated sessions for all phases of projects.

h. Gathered functional and supplemental requirements, defined current and future state, use case documentation (as needed) for all assigned modules

i. Successfully passed Requirements Inspections and Quality checks for all assigned projects.

j. Current Exposure Method for Counterparty Credit Risk.

k. Standardized Approach for Counterparty Credit Risk Management

l.Market Risk Analysis Tool

m.Based on existing BRD and FRD designed test cases to execute Functional and User Acceptance Testing

n.Prepared excel based parallel EAD calculator to validate implemented calculation by the build team
