Job Responsibilities :
- The purpose of the Search marketing / PPC Marketing Specialist is to drive new user registrations through a variety of digital platforms with a focus on optimizing acquisition metrics such as cost per click (CPC), click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), ROAS, and ROI by channel and media campaign.
- A minimum of 2+ years of hands on experience in managing paid search campaigns
- Create and manage marketing content across web, social media, email management, mobile, video, and traditional mediums.
- Drive web, email management, mobile and social media marketing campaigns
- Google Adwords certified (or equivalent experience)
- Proven PPC skills, optimization, and bid management techniques
- Manage Social Media content writing, Creating blogs and publishing content on blogs
- Finding and engaging social media influencers
- Proficient in developing and implementing Search Engine Optimization/Marketing (SEO/SEM) strategies
- Perform keyword research in sync with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Should be able to provide SEO analysis and recommendations
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, ability to make complex analytics into simple answers and ability to communicate at the executive level
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data
Skills/Experience Requirements :
- You will plan, manage, and execute PPC campaigns
- Conducting keyword research and creating lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to our website and business
- Analysing large sets of data and identifying patterns and trends to improve campaign performance.
- Maximizing traffic and conversions within a client's budget limit.
- Communicating and collaborating with internal team members to share knowledge and help overcome challenges.
- Delivering concise, accurate and actionable reports to the team.
- Continually researching and testing the latest cutting edge paid search marketing technique and features.
- Using Analytics tools, you will track, measure, evaluate and optimize online advertising performance
Education/Other Pre-Requisites :
- UG/PG
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields.
- Be a self motivated person willing to understand a start up culture.
- Compensation range (In Rs.) : Will not be a constraint for the right candidate
