Job Description :

- Accounting and Finalization of Books of Account

- Consolidation and reporting of financials of various segments of business of the company

- Preparation and reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual MIS

- Handling Internal Audit/ Stat Audit/ Third Party Audit etc..

- Representing before government authority.

- Implementation of control throughout the financial activity.

- Capitalization of Expenditure & Preparation of Depreciation MIS and Schedule

- Preparing report for FAR, Dep'n Schedule, Addition and Retirement of the asset

- Part of IFRS Implementation

- Monitoring and keeping internal control in place within the organization through various tools

The below mentioned points could be nice to have (not mandatory) :

- Participating in transfer pricing audit and tax audit and filing of IT returns

- Analysis of trial balance and report the difference on monthly closing

- The experience of the candidate could be across several roles like Finance Manager, Financial Auditor, Financial Controller etc. However, it is preferable to have an experience of 6-8 years with exposure to the areas mentioned above.
