Responsibilities:
- Own all accounting entries ensuring accuracy and completion
- Responsibility for cost centre accuracy
- Good awareness of how business is run and commercial aspects
- Revenue/cost analysis and business reasons for variances
- Delivery of P&L standard pack and additional MI that supports the running of the business
- Ownership of Balance sheet entries, understanding and reporting
- Compliance with customer and supplier contracts including RPI increases
- Support for debt collection process
- Provide external audit support
- Presentation of P&L, budgets etc. with detailed understanding
- Ensuring reporting deadlines are met e.g. month end, MMF, budgets
- Prepare and review divisional Finance packs and present them to the Finance Managers and Business Heads.
- Participate in Financial review with Onsite Finance & Operations
- As an individual contributor, own and execute the key / critical areas of work within the division. Perform and analyse the complex tasks and guide team as appropriate
- Develop engagement with the on-site account managers as appropriate
- Improve accuracy of customer and customer service line profitability
- Ownership of Weekly KPI, MMF, forecasts and budgeting process
- Compliance with governance process e.g.Capex, Expenses policy, Procurement involvement etc- ..
- Challenge P&L owner and team for reasons for differences and ensure EBIT is maximised
- Continuous process and productivity improvements
- Drive cost saving initiatives and maximize EBIT
- Treat P&L as like running your own business
- Build relationship with P&L Owner

- MS Office Work Experience
- Flexible to work in UK shifts
Qualifications:
- CA/ ICWAI / CS Inter or MBA (from premier institutes only) of FP&A experience
