Finance Analyst - GBS
Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong analytical skills, including managing large data structures from multiple sources along with financial modeling and ability to navigate complex formulas
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Preferred:
- MBA and/or Professional certifications (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate)
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP 4/HANA, BPC & EDW planning and reporting applications
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify process optimization opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple demands with support of management
- Demonstrated teamwork, good communication skills with the ability to build key internal relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills along with influence and change management skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results
- Experience with Multi-company and multi-national environments preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent enhancement of the existing management reporting using MS Excel, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Microsoft Power-BI
- Design and implementation of dashboards and analyses with BPC and Power-BI
- Automation of processes with Power Automate / Power Query / RPA
- Support in the development and enhancement of standardized processes relating to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Support in the development and enhancement of standardized processes related to planning and financial reporting
- Enables and empowers the local organization by optimizing and simplifying processes in own area of responsibility to allow profitable business development and optimal use of available resources
