Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

- 3-8 years of work experience preferably all the years in the Corporate Stratefy function or part of a consulting organisation from the CPMEPM practice, preferably involving implementation of Enabling techonolgy, tools and Software applications

- Working knowledge on BI Systems like Hyperion Planning / Cognos/ HSF will be a plus

Job Purpose:

- Business Consulting professionals with focus on Corporate / Enterprise Performance Management transformation. The incimbent is expected to bring consulting / industry for EPM transformation project, either support or lead workstreams on such projects.

Job Summary:

- Demonstrate a breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of Corporate / Enterprise Performance Management processes such as Strategic Planning, Planning Budgeting Forecasting, Rolling Forecast, Management Reporting etc. for large transformation projects

- Able to execute key analysis and derive insights and make recommendations Value Driver or Value Lever Analysis, Economic Profit Modelling / Scenario Modelling, Sensitivity Analysis Analysis Demonstrate ability to articulate solutions to clients and sustain opinion with sufficient examples / expertise

- Deliver projects on implementation of EPM practices for upliftment of organisational perforamnce

- Deliver projects on Business process reengineering for core EPM / CPM processes

- Develop key thought leadership material on EPM / CPM

- Provide offshore or onsite support in projects that run in different geographies"

Key Responsibilities

The consultant must be able to perform responsbilities across onsite client delivery, thought leadership, capability development and offshore support-

1. Perform current state analysis of EPM process like Planning Budgeting Forecasting , Costing Methods, Deimensional Profitability etc.

2. Articulate solutions and project methodology pertaining to best practices in the EPM / CPM space. Will be required to conduct key analysis like Portfolio Analysis, Vaue Driver / Value Lever analysis, Scenario or Economic Profit modelling, Sensitivity analysis etc.

3. Design KPI / Metrics aligned to strategic objectives and design dashboards for different levels in the organisation

4. Impart strong functional knowledge and guidance to Client and project team

5. Support and help in business development and marketing activities to grow the EPM consulting practice

6. Supervisory role may be a played by a consultant to ensure that the work/deliverables executed by his subordinates meet the quality expectations and meets clients expectations

7. Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes (incase of techology implementation)

8. Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures (incase of techology implementation)

9. Assist in the development of capabilities in the Accenture's finance operations/Corporate Finance consulting practice

Qualifications:

- Should be Post graduates (M.B.A from premier B Schools, C.A. or C.F.A - with at least 3-8 years of experience with exposure to Finance function

- Qualified CA's preferred"
