Finance & Accounts Role - Operational - CA - Manufacturing/Industrial Conglomerate

Finance & Accounts (operational) - CA - Manufacturing

- To plan, supervise and control all finance and accounts activities of the Company Standard Product Costing based on the annual business plan.

- To manage the entire finance and accounts function of the company

- Review of Accounting Policies, Notes & Other disclosures

- Preparation of Balance Sheet & submission of management reports

- Contribute towards expense management.

- MIS, preparation of Annual Operating Plans, BRS

- Responsible for handling direct tax matters of the Company

- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and to ensure that the audit is completed without any significant audit observations.

- To manage the entire finance and accounts function of the company.

- To provide guidelines, training on Export, import, Domestic Sales documentations, Invoicing etc.

- To oversee all the related regulatory compliances including corporate tax assessments.

- To ensure smooth completion of Internal, Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing & corporate Audit.

- Annual corporate tax planning.

- Preparation of Annual Business Plan and continuously reviewing and updating the same with LE (latest Estimates).

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. CA with Minimum of 3 years of experience In F&A department with a Large Industrial Group or an MNC in a Manufacturing Industry is a must.

2. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

3. Highly flexible a team player, able to see things

4. from the other person's point of view & detail orientated.

5. Sound understanding of key financial concepts, solid theorethical background in finance and accounting

6. Experience in the understanding and effective communication of financial results to non-financial staff

7. Good working experience of Financial reporting systems and tools

8. Fluency in English is a must, another European language is beneficial

9. Controlling experience or an insight to regional/cross-region Controlling processes is an advantage

10. Proactive attitude and out of the box thinking, flexibility and excellent communication skills
