Finance & Accounts (Manufacturing)
- Responsible for Corporate Finance & Accounts functions
- Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and all statutory financial reporting
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Invoicing, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
- Oversee operations financial department, including financial assistants and accountants
- Monitoring adherence of customer Credit Policy
- Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
- Budgeting and Cost Control
- Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board
- Analyse financial reports and provide strategy for cost control
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
- Statutory compliance
- Coordination on all ROC and Companies Act related work in liaison with company secretary
- Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place
- Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organisation and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice
- Work in coordination with finance team and audit team for all taxation activities, like GST Returns, IT Returns, TDS Filing
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies
- Work in coordination with bank representatives to ensure smooth functioning of banking and financial activities
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
Qualification And Experience:
1. CA (Ist Attempt) with 2-3 Years Post Qualification Experience in Finance & Accounts in a Manufacturing Industry.
2. Experience in secretarial & ROC documentation work.
3. Strong exposure to ERP & other software & MS Office viz., Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a must.
4. Should have working knowledge of GST, TDS, Taxation and commercial matters.
5. Strong and detailed understanding of landed costing, FEMA and import-export account processing including exchange differences would be desirable.
6. Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills are preferred.
7. Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analysis
