Job Description:

Accounting and Audit

- Handle routine accounting matters - enable close books on monthly basis.

- Work on documenting agreements / inter company transactions

- Liase with Statutory Auditors - responds to queries and enable close year end books of accounts

- Preparation of financials as per Sch VI – Adhering to new requirements

Taxation and Company law

- Working knowledge on Income tax/ sales tax / VAT

- Working knowledge of company law

MIS Reports

- Prepare MIS Reports, on revenue / project costs , as desired by the management

Team management

- Should be able to manage a team of accounts executives

Compensation - 7 to 10 lakhs
