Financial accounts closing activities & IRDA reporting

- Preparation of Financial Statement & timely submission to Management

- Reconciliation and Provision of Premium and Commission

- Reconciliation and Provision of Claims (Individual and Group)

- Properly intake trial balances (Conventional Investment TB) & other data in to financial accounting system.

- Preparation of Final Accounts and Segmental Revenue.

- IRDA Reports

- Cash Premium

- IRDA chart of Accounts

- Inadmissible Assets (Form AA)

- Co-ordination with different departments for information needed in closing of Accounts

- Ensuring that the overall data capturing in to Financial Accounting system is done in to correct accounting segments and the data capturing is complete in all respects.

- Should make complete use of the results of GL/Suspense account scrutiny in to making of financial statements.

- Creation and periodic updating of Process Documents.

- Handling audit queries and helping to achieve smooth audit of Accounts.

Experience and Qualification

CA with 1-2 yrs of experience in accounting
