Urgent requirement for Europe's lagest Finance services Company looking for Accountant at Bangalore location

Consolidation and Multicurrency Exp a Must

1. Book keeping and processing experience for accounting of the new deals or contracts, with detailed understanding of structure, deal, contract, investment vehicles etc in global business environment

2. Passing necessary accounting entries in Maconomy.

3. Book efficiently, timely and accurate production and analysis of all Accounting transactions related to purchases, sales, receivables, payables etc.

4. Recognisation of revenue from structured deals and passing necessary accounting entries in Maconomy as per IFRS.

5. Experience and detailed understanding of Multicurrency accounting

6. Participate to ensure smooth month End Closing as per IFRS and reconciliations of all GLs.

7. Participate in Statutory & Internal audits, tax returns

8. Coordination with all other offices globally as & when required.

9. Work closely with financial and operational leadership to pro-actively assess and manage financial risk.

10. Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly interpret data & facts to arrive at meaningful conclusions

Desired candidate profile

- CA or ICWA with 5+ years of experience

- Good understanding and knowledge and experience in handling commercial documents in International Trade – deals, contacts, agreements, bills of exchange, commercial invoice, certificates of origin, bill of lading, air waybill, marine insurance documents etc.

- Knowledge of IFRS is desirable.

- Prior experience working in global complex business environment is desirable.

- Working experience in financial service industry is Desirable

- Ability to maintain books of accounts and finalise the books of accounts in high pressure environment with non negotiable deadlines;

- A good team player.

- Ensuring Monthly Closing and other monthly, quarterly and annual MIS.

- Excellent MS Office skills
