Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition with a background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will lead our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to drive our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and forecast future hiring requirements.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent in the BFSI sector.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to source and engage passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, evaluations, and reference checks, to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.
Employer Branding and Talent Marketing:
- Enhance the company's employer brand within the BFSI sector through targeted talent marketing initiatives, including employer branding campaigns, career fairs, and industry events.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and employer value propositions to attract top talent.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on talent acquisition performance and key recruitment metrics.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, talent landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of 8-10 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on the BFSI sector.
