Finacial Analyst

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Exceptional understanding of financial concepts and data.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis.

- 1+ years of experience writing financial research reports.

- An expert in sell side research or managing consultant.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and can communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

- Project Management skills like problem solving, time management, prioritization, adaptability, research skills & quality Management.

- Proficient in workplace productivity tools such as GSuite and MS office.

Responsibilities:

- Comprehend and analyze various financial documents (including earnings calls, US SEC and global filings, broker research documents, expert calls, news and regulatory content),

- Understand and summarize financial information from diverse sources to extract important details and gain key insights

- Ensure high quality and consistency in the AI model training data collection.

- Work with Product Managers and AI Researchers to define data annotation guidelines and processes for various Generative AI projects.

- Review AI prototypes to ensure optimal experiences for data annotators and end users.

- Analyze how customers use our platform to identify opportunities for product improvements and new AI model applications.
