Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute all paid display, social media, and email advertising campaigns for Kredivo's app

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- PPC Advertising - In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.

- Email Marketing: Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, drip campaigns and marketing automation.

- Analytics & Optimization - Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, A/B testing and Google Analytics to measure impact of all marketing activities

- Creativity & Design - Have a creative mind to leverage different aspects of the product to ideate and create creative content and campaigns

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Requirements:

- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/PG and at least 2 years of experience in running paid advertising campaigns

- Expertise in using Goog/FB Power Editor and 3rd party optimization tools such as AdEspresso, etc

- Familiarity with retargeting technologies and use cases

- Must be data-driven and possess strong analytical ability to discover trends and insights

- Must possess strong communication skills

Bonus points (optional) for:

- Work experience in a hi-growth startup (preferably ecommerce)

- Familiarity with best-in-class martech stack (Mixpanel/Amplitude, Appsflyer, MoEngage etc)
