Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for the position of Sales Manager Working Capital at FinAGG Technologies Private Limited.
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities related to working capital solutions, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in financial services or working capital solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, especially related to working capital.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales for invoice discounting and OD loan products.
- Identify and engage with trader networks and DSA partners for lead generation.
- Build and manage a distributor channel to expand leads.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through market research, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and terms of PID and OD.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Lead customer generation and closure activities in partnership with telecalling and internal teams.
- Maintain deep market knowledge, including competition and customer requirements.
- Focus on sourcing invoice financing products within the target base.
Performance Goals :
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Train and mentor sales executives to boost performance.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and regulations.
What We're Looking For :
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-5 years of proven experience in sales for financial products like invoice discounting, loans, and overdrafts.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, especially PID and OD.
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Sound understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
