Qualifications:


- 4-6 years' experience in AR and Treasury.


- Preferably candidate must have completed Postgraduate/MBA/CA.


- Candidates who have good work experience in Manufacturing / Banking industry and in-depth knowledge in complex financial products like Trade/Treasury/Derivatives viz forwards, options, futures and Accounts receivable management and willing to work in Corporate Sector.


- Understanding of key aspects of financial statements wr.t AR, Advances, Credit notes, book keeping, bank balances, borrowings and other disclosures connected with drawing power and working capital management.


- Good command of the Office package (excel, word, power point etc).


- Strong mathematical and communication skills.


- Superb time management and detail orientation.


Key Responsibilities:


Accounts Receivable Management:


- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to booking in SAP.


- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.


- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.


- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting project team on regular intervals and follow ups to be done on all overdue aged invoices.


- Should be able to book invoices in absence of any of the team members.


- Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.


- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.


- Should act as a SPOC for all AR related queries.


- Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing

reconciliation of customer accounts.


- Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates.


- Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts.


- Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance

improvement.


- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with national and local financial requirements.


Working capital management:


- End to end Treasury role covering Banking operations, Banking Infrastructure, Cash Operations and reporting of Credit exposure to senior management and ensuring the smooth day to day operations without interruptions to cash flow/liquidity issues.


- Ensure accuracy of borrowing and lending information in our system.


Cash reporting:


- Prepare cash reporting for all cycles including weekly cash planning discussion with senior management, monthly reporting and other need-based flash reporting.


- Prepare and present comprehensive treasury reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and risk metrics.


Risk Management and Internal control:


- Maintain and implement our bank signatory framework, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, conduct periodic/annual reviews and perform remediation.


- Identifying exposure for currency hedging to manage currency risks associated with the company's international transactions.


- Ensure Hedge Accounting and disclosures as per IFRS/Local GAAPs, liasioning with auditor to resolve queries.


Relationship Management:


- Co-ordinate with Front, Mid and back office to ensure that bank covenants are being followed.


- Work on adhoc data request w.t Trade compliances (like FEMA guidelines) and rating agencies on liquidity and other borrowing and investment related data request.


Compliance and Reporting:


- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.


- Work closely with internal and stat auditors to facilitate smooth audits of treasury & AR

functions.


- Monitoring and closure of EDPMS and IDPMS on regular intervals and the closure of

outstanding ORMs / IRMs / shipping bills.


- Periodical MIS on due/overdue AR invoices / Forecast Vs Actual collection / Cash flow Forecast

/ Outstanding LCs / BGs / Bank master Data / Signatory Addition / Deletion / Bank Charges schedules / Interest Schedules / FD Schedules.
