FIITJEE - Vice President - Debt & Equity

- Strong experience in identifying, converting and developing successful business relationships with Banks, FII s, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds and other Institutional Investor segments

- Originating capital (equity and structured finance) raise transactions from listed and unlisted space.

- The person must also have independent relationships with PE Funds

- Approach, Breakthrough & Meet Top Management (Promoters/ Directors/Decision Makers/CFOs) of these companies to explore opportunities of partnering with the firm for raising equity funds

- Discuss & identify opportunities (Domestic Funding) of adding value to the company on the funding front
