This is an Individual Contributor profile that includes 70% recruitments and 30% Generalist
also, we are 6 Days working and work from the office all day.

1. Talent Acquisition :
-, Complete talent acquisition cycle - Sourcing, In-depth interviews, Salary negotiation, Offer and post-offer follow-ups.
- Faculty Hiring (Campus and Non-Campus )
- Experience in Leadership Hiring - Highly Responsible for talent acquisition for profiles (Corporate /Centre/level)
- Preparing job descriptions for the positions from scratch.
- Preparing the Induction and orientation plans for the new hires at all levels
- Database management of active profiles for critical positions.
1. Faculty Campus hiring from leading Tier -1 MBA & Engineering colleges.
2. Background Verification
3. Joining & On-boarding
4. Learning & Development,
5. Compensation Management
6. Performance Management
7. Compliance & Grievance Handling
8. HRIS
Desired Profile :
- Excellent communication skills. Both verbal and written
- Min. 8-12 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Mature Professional/Decent Appearance/Go-Getter Attitude
- Must be Excellent in MIS Management.
- Can handle pressure
- 6 Days a working week and work from the office all days
