Roles and Responsibilities: -
- To be able to dedicate time to finding the right staff and developing their skills base.
- To be able to organise progressive Staff Training
- To do campus recruitments in Mumbai from various IITs and other colleges of repute
- To do campus recruitments for Non-Teaching positions.
- To support Corporate in maintaining records of the documents as per SOP.
- To look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements and skills: -
- Proven experience as HR Generalist, HR administrator, HR Operations or other HR positions
- Knowledge of HR functions (Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, pay & benefits, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- MBA - HR
