Fund Raising, buy and sell side experience

- The person must also have independent relationships with PE Funds

- The incumbent should have extensive experience in fundraising through private equity

- Strong experience in identifying, converting, and developing successful business relationships with Banks, FII's, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, and other Institutional Investor segments

- Lead financial modeling, roadshows and led all discussions with investors

- Tracking deal pipeline and monitored bridge requirements.

- Forecasting different scenarios of making investments and realizations.

- Should assist MD in strategically collating information to be sent to Investment Bankers.

- Shoot mails & info to Investment Bankers to invite them for presentations on specific dates with specific slots.

- Should act as a facilitator between MD, Banker & prospective investors.
