- Experience as resource person of CBSE for Training and Orientation programs for teachers and Principals

- Astute leader who has a commanding personality, excellent communication skills, values collaboration, and team building

- Possesses high morals and ethics

- Displays passion for FGS's mission and vision

- Preference for those having experience of Education Audit of Sr Sec Schools

- Basic knowledge of digital technology

Essentials :

- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience including at least 5 years as Principal of an esteemed Sr Secondary School

- Master's degree in any of the core subjects taught in a Sr Sec school and B.Ed. degree
