Develop company's culture aligned to shared core values. - Scale up the company's image, business, and strategic alliances. - Build a lean core team for our next phase of growth. - Design business goal and strategies to ensure good health of the P&L of the company. - Closely monitor each KPI and drive overall performance against organisational objectives. - Establish and promote the brand, represent the organisation at various levels in events, conferences etc. - Manage revenue, expense and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business. - Fund raising - Developing roadmap, business plan and leading fund raising as a part of growth strategy - Regularly refine company's product vision including fashion strategy basis the deep understanding of customer's aspirations and needs Key Requirements : - Extraordinarily creative with great fashion sense and understanding of business - Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strategy devising skills and understanding of diverse business processes. - Proficiency with office tools such as MS Office and information management systems. - Good understanding of research methods, data handling tools and data analysis techniques. - Alertness and understanding of the latest technology developments, particularly in the areas of e-commerce. - Awareness of digital marketing process, social media, SEO, and e-commerce portals. - Preference would be given to those who have training or interest in the fashion/e-commerce industry.
