Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - NTNP
- Edfora is an Edtech startup promoted by the founder of the FIITJEE Group. Edfora owns a market-leading Edtech platform mypat.in with a cumulative 2 lacs+ paid customers and 150+ employees. Edfora is looking to launch a high-octane initiative NTNP in which we will touch upon budding billions the world over. We will enrich their learning journey and make it fulfilling.
- For this new initiative NTNP, we have set out to find the best CEO in the world to create the world's first - holistic human development- platform. He should be able to lead a high-octane team of CXO- s, spanning product, technology, content, marketing, finance and spearhead global alliances. Typical Responsibilities :
- Being a decision-maker on business strategy and other key policy issues, leader, manager, and executor.
- The communicator role can involve speaking to the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as to the organization's management and employees; the decision-making role involves high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
- As an executive officer of the company, the CEO reports the status of the business to the board of directors, motivates employees, and drives change within the organization.
- As a manager, the CEO presides over the organization's day-to-day operations. The CEO is the person who is ultimately accountable for a company's business decisions, including those in operations, marketing, business development, finance, human resources, etc.
- As the CEO of the company, you are entrusted with fundraising efforts as and when they become necessary.

Ideal Profile:
- Able to, severally and jointly, lead the C-level executives, higher-order intellectuals, creative stalwarts, execution champions
- Seamlessly manage the COO to ensure hassle-free operations of the company.
- Critique the CPO on offerings, positioning, etc.
- Understand product development well and be able to critique the CTO on milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Able to heavily contribute to GTM strategies and actively lead and supervise the CMO/CEA (Chief Empowerment Ambassador).
- Lead the fundraising effort from the front. Investors should get blown away by his/her pitch and prowess.
- Assess the financial health of the organization and make necessary interventions with the CFO.
- Relate well with the Chief Content Officer, CCO and ensure quality, quantity and timeliness of deliverables.
- Ability to engage with the Chief of R&D and ensure best scientific methods and tools are used to deliver the entire NTNP/NTNE.
- Maintain high-level vision alignment with all CXO level resources to ensure the vision "World's greatest product" percolates deep down the funnel.
- Lead the efforts of Sales and Marketing at par/better than CMO and contribute strategically and creatively. Should take stock of liaison efforts periodically.
- Revisit marketing priorities periodically with the CMO.
- Lead efforts of surveys leading to product features, design, user experience at par/better than CPO and contribute strategically and creatively.
- Capable of thinking differently and creatively all aspects of business
Ideal Prospect:
- Proven experience as CEO or in other senior managerial positions in an internet company, preferably in EdTech space. Candidates with successful entrepreneurship experience will be given higher weightage.
- Age bracket: Early to mid-30s (28-32 is the ideal age bracket), variations are ok

Location - Delhi / NCR
