- Conducted primary and secondary research, both quantitative and qualitative, for analyzing country potential in terms of market size, competitive landscape and ease of doing business and prioritized domestic/international market entry based on various parameters
- Devised market entry strategy in close collaboration with the Director with respect to the overall go-to-market strategy including the business model, distribution and pricing
