We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Pre-Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. The Senior Pre-Sales Team Leader will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by leading pre-sales activities, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). This individual will be a key contributor to our overall sales strategy and will be responsible for ensuring the success and effectiveness of the pre-sales team.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the pre-sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the pre-sales team.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's technical and presentation skills.
Pre-Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine pre-sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Work closely with product development teams to understand new features and updates.
Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products.
- Customize presentations based on client needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to the sales process.
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs):
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to translate client needs into comprehensive BRDs.
- Ensure that BRDs are accurate, detailed, and aligned with the client's objectives.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients during the pre-sales process.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing additional information as needed.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve pre-sales processes and offerings.
Performance Metrics:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the pre-sales team.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in pre-sales, with a track record of successful leadership.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of the sales process and pre-sales methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
