- The HRBP will anchor the role of attracting, developing, and building human capital for the organization. The candidate must demonstrate strong business acumen and have an agile learning mindset to understand business and to design HR solutions that will build into that ecosystem
- The incumbent will leverage their functional knowledge in formulating and executing human resource strategy that aligns with the overall business goals.
- The incumbent will be responsible for building a strong performance-driven culture through appropriate HR interventions including talent management, rewards and recognition, performance management, learning, and leadership development.
- The HRBP will lead and contribute to strengthening the culture and key values of the organization to develop a strong and unique Employee Value Proposition for the organization. They will be responsible for all functions within HR and work closely with various business functions in the organization to contribute to the company's overall success.
Responsibilities :
-Build a robust understanding of business, including understanding of the operations, the value chain, the key impact areas, the central functions, and other key factors of influencing the functioning of the enterprise
-Be a strategic advisor on all aspects of people management for the organization, in the context of the business
- Develop and foster a work environment that is entrepreneurial, customer-focused, results-oriented
- Build a strong EVP and strengthen the employer brand of the organization
- Provide accurate and constructive information to the leadership team to help formulate effective people strategies
- Carve an effective talent management strategy for the organization
- Develop, build, and manage career development programs to streamline the learning and development efforts of the organization
- Guide and coach the HR team to deliver efficient, high-quality HR solutions and services
- Design the annual HR budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources to ensure effective outcome for all HR metrics, and build an organization that is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements
You will be a good fit for this role if :
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources
- Minimum of 5+ years of human resource experience with growth companies, with an overall experience of 7+ years
- Should have exposure to working in an IT organization with an organic growth mindset
- Should have sound business acumen - understanding of business to be the primary requirement, even secondary to HR expertise
- Should be capable of being anchoring HR as a function of strategic value and leverage effectively in adding to the unique corporate culture existing today
- Expertise in HR functional areas including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits
- Should have had demonstrated results in organization level impact areas such as operations efficiency, organization development, and change management
- Experience in coaching and mentoring leadership to next level, being an effective sounding board for the business leaders of the organization and leadership team of group companies will be important
- Great team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environment
- Strong written and oral communication is essential
