- We seek an experienced senior professional in Marketing to oversee our operations and implement the marketing strategy and vision. You will lead a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and direct our marketing efforts towards greater success.


- Your primary focus will be premiumization of our product offering and creating better upsell/cross-sell opportunities and product awareness amongst existing customers. Better engagement with CXOs and group companies/ sister brands of our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enable sales and business teams with pitch decks and sales enablement collaterals.

2. GTM Strategy: Develops and optimizes go-to-market strategies for effective market entry and growth.

3. Launch Execution: Best practices for successful product launches which aligns with our org structure

4. Process Optimization: Streamlines product marketing & Customer Marketing processes for better efficiency.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Enhances collaboration across Sales/ CS/ Product/ Tech/ HR teams to ensure strategic alignment.

6. Generate client marketing traction for Upselling/ Cross-selling/ Adoption support through webinars/breakfasts/ email nurture/ product newsletters/ direct mailers/ training videos.

7. Improve pipeline velocity for MOFU & BOFU leads (C/D/E only) in Funnel through Sales enablement (deck/ research/ ROI calculator/battle cards/reference marketing)

8. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase FieldAssist brand awareness, drive growth, and improve customer engagement.

9. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, ABM, trade shows, exhibitions, events and webinars that generate TOFU leads, and drive pipeline growth.

10. Set current and long-term goals for internal teams, freelancers and external partners.

Who we're looking for:

1. A strong leader with 10+ years of team management experience and excellent communication skills.

2. Proven ability to influence and inspire teams as Head of Marketing or similar roles.

3. Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and low-cost plans for all marketing aspects (Customer Marketing, product communication, sales enablement etc.).

4. Curious about metrics, analytics and execution processes, then you are a good fit.

5. Direct or indirect experience with tools like Zoho, GPT 4, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, PR Newswire, Podcasting tools, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, SEM Rush, etc.

6. Understanding of marketing automation tech stack, including concepts like conversion analytics funnel, account-based marketing campaigns, inside sales, etc.

7. Energetic self-starter who can work independently and lead a team of performers in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

8. Experience working in B2B/ SaaS/ CPG marketing is an added advantage
