Key Responsibilities :
- Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned
- Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner
- Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the interview panel
- Develop, influence, and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
- Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers.
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities
- Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders
Desired Skills And Experience :
- 1-3 years of relevant Tech and Non-Tech hiring experience
- Confident and motivated with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail with exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box
