Job Description -
- Develop and generate business for assigned area
- Train & guide team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters
- Monitor & track team performance
- Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development.
- New Market Mapping.
- Collections / Recovery of assigned portfolio.
- Ensuring complete documentation and formalities.
