Field Sales Manager - FMCG

Our client, one of the leading FMCG distribution companies, is presently seeking to hire a Field Sales Manager ( modern trade/sales supervisor) . This role reports to the Modern Trade Manager and is responsible for managing a team of sales executives and merchandisers.

- The key objectives for this role are to work and ensure that the Key Account Executives and Merchandisers reporting to you achieve the best possible results through effective control, training and frequent market contact with both the sales force and customers.

- You are accountable for the level of customer service provided by the sales force and responsible for the training, development and field effectiveness of the Sales Personnel reporting to you.

- Report on market and competitive developments to the Modern Trade Manager taking a pro-active role in recommending operational improvements.
