Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales management with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and oversee field sales operations.

- Proven ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.
