Key Responsibilities

- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand visibility and business growth.

- Campaign Management: Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns to boost awareness and lead generation.

- Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Demand Gen teams to ensure strategic alignment.

- Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: Optimize marketing strategies to drive conversions and accelerate revenue growth.

- Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure, refine, and enhance marketing performance.

- Event Marketing & Partnerships: Plan and execute industry-leading events to strengthen market positioning.

- Marketing Automation & CRM: Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Eloqua for process efficiency.

- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets to maximize impact and ROI.

Who Should Apply?

- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or business development (preferably in SaaS, Event Tech, or related industries).

- Expertise in multi-channel marketing, ABM, and campaign execution.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement tools.

- Excellent project management, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

- Experience in event technology or a startup environment is a plus.

- B1 visa holders preferred, as international travel may be required.
