Fidelity - Manager - Business Analyst

Strong core BA analysis skills :

1. Candidate should have a proven experience of working cross asset ( FI as well as Equities)

2. Candidate should have proven experience of working on Portfolio manager/ Investment decision related process- /products so covering either or all of - Portfolio construction-, - Order generation-, - portfolio management- .

Must have :

1. Minimum 11 to 14 years of IT experience in Investment Management/Investment Banking domain.

2. At least 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst. B. Tech / B.E. or MBA (Finance - CFA is preferred.

3. Domain understanding of Investment Performance, Risk and Attribution

4. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Ability to communicate in an efficient and concise fashion with Senior Stakeholders

Good to Have :

1. Experience of working on large and complex strategic change programmes in the financial services industry

2. Knowledge of SQL queries and database

3. Exposure to data visualization tools like - Power BI or Tableau

4. Exposure to API and cloud driven development
