We are looking for equity, risk people to join our finance team. candidate with(0-3 years of exp. ) will work.

FRM certified will be an added advantage.

IIM or good overseas university candidates will work for us.

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain a broad understanding of financial controllership and its role in FIL's Financial Services business. The role will be primarily around managing Capital Change Requests and regulatory reporting for Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). The successful applicant will be exposed to Intercompany Governance and would be required to demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm towards ad hoc queries and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

- Managing Intercompany settlement reporting and Board Report.

- Support Bermuda team for Asset Liability Reporting

- Responsible for Pillar 1 reporting for Bermuda Monetary Authority

- Assist in Capital Change Request as administrator along with approval process

- Preparation of Loan Exception report and governance

- Assist in financial year end along with audits

- Deal with Ad-Hoc queries from stakeholders

- Assist with various upcoming projects

Experience and Qualifications Required :

Technical

- Qualified CA with up to 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance with exposure to accounting, data analytics and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills including knowledge of accounting principles;

- Shows attention to detail and an appetite to dive into issues in depth as needed;

- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages; Proficient with Microsoft Excel;

- Knowledge of Essbase, HFM, and JDE would be an advantage.

- Collaborative approach to develop, share, accept and implementation of ideas

- Identify opportunities & implement solutions to improve process

- Strong written and verbal communication skills;

- Ability to challenge conventional ideas/ status quo.
