Cloud Security - Pre-Sales

- The technical resource would support the sales and live customer business in CCS (Customer Communication Service) business unit with security information.

- The role is to respond to customer questions about FICO CCS cloud security either in presales, post sales or ongoing customer audits across APAC region.

- FICO's Product and Technology Organization (PTO) will create various pieces of information this person can leverage however this person will be liaising directly with clients, audits, regulators and account teams to complete information security questionnaires or enquiries to a sufficient level of detail as to satisfy their security needs and questions.

- The person needs good people skills and experience of dealing with multiple clients and have profound knowledge of PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
