Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven female Performance Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-based marketing strategies across various digital channels, including paid search (PPC), social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and a passion for optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, improve customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and other paid media channels.

- Analyze and interpret key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns in real-time to improve performance, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.

- Create and manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation to maximize ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other strategies to improve user experience and increase lead generation and sales.

- Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

- Monitor competitors' digital strategies, identify trends, and leverage insights to stay ahead in the market.

- Provide detailed reporting and performance analysis to senior management, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, performance analysis tools, and best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven expertise in PPC, paid social, and display advertising.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
