Position Summary :

- Project leaders play the most critical role on client cases, managing end to end engagements and overseeing day to day activities of the case team, understanding client requirements, and writing proposals, contributing to organization's thought leadership and knowledge development

- Supervise hypothesis formulation for research and investigation, and conduct financial & business analysis of client, competitors, industry and develop actionable recommendations

- Solve client problems including (but not limited to) to strategy, growth, go-to-market, operations, processes, technology, organization, due diligence, and evaluation of investment themes and opportunities

- Support business development by formulating pitch documents, scoping projects, engage in marketing activities

- Play a pivotal role in the development and management of key client relationships

Job description :

- Structure and finalize client deliverables

- Interact with client contact on regular basis to ensure expectations are aligned

- Provide management oversight to meet client expectations

- Development of MS PPT presentations, MS Excel based models as per the case requirement

- Managing associate / consultant work progress

- Providing case status report to leadership team

- Managing external relationships with research partners and expert networks

Qualification :

- 3 to 5 years post MBA consulting experience with 1+ years at a team lead level

- Degree from top tier educational institution is preferred

- Advanced MS PPT and MS Excel skills

- Must be comfortable delivering formal presentations to senior stakeholders

- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills

- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, structure thoughts and explain complex scenarios in a lucid manner

- Ability to breakdown problems and solve problems through quantitative thinking and first principles

- Owning the responsibility of the quality of the engagement

- Open to travel and work from client sites when necessary

- Team player with high ethical standards
