Job Title: Growth Manager - Aggregator Partnerships


Experience : 5+ years


Job location : Pune


Aggregator Partners are businesses that assist Fibe with new user acquisition. They utilize algorithm based technologies to help new customers discover the benefits of the Fibe brand. Tech-driven customer handover utilizing New Age & end-to-end API stacks enables a customer to access a loan in minutes. are looking for an Outcome focused Growth advocate with strong business acumen & a data-driven analytical mindset to contribute to the Fibe growth story


Core Responsibilities :


- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.


- Creates relationships at the enterprise level


- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.


- Develop business plans according to companies growth targets.


- Establish Strategic partnerships with various senior leaders across Fin-tech/ Digital Lending/Digital Partners/ Payments gateways.


- Plan and Ideate new initiatives for consistent growth ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly

targets are met.


- Own the lead generation plan alongside a keen eye on Sales funnel and corresponding funnel challenges.


Preference and Experience:


- Demonstrated networking abilities


- Exceptional communication skills


- Knowledge of the Fintech industry (Digi lending)


- Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.


- Proven ability towards constructive networking.


- Sales and Marketing know-how


Academic Qualifications : Must be a Postgraduate/MBA
