ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY -
- Will be responsible for ascertaining key drivers of success of key sectors, indepth understanding of product life cycles and pitching media solutions & as innovation / integrations to drive clients business
- Will have top line accountability for these clients, job would include high level of marketing/sales/creative capability/ relationship management.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities across Radio & Entertainment businesses.
- Drive business development through effective high quality ideas for integration with top 50 advertisers
- Drive sales strategy and innovation for mega deals on Fever across platforms (Radio & Entertainment)
- Monitor market trends on advertising spends across categories and design proactive solutions and effective campaigns for clients basis the same
- Evolve a customer centric solutions unit that focuses on creating long term relationships with clients through value creation
- Driving brand orientation in all operations of the brand
- Conceptualize and oversee implementation of brand building initiatives
- Lead PR, brand and trade marketing initiatives

Marketing & Sales experience in FMCG industry is mandatory
