Fello - Manager - Marketing/Growth

About Fello:

Fello is a game based savings and investment application for the gen-z and young millennial of India to Save, Play and Earn returns more than a traditional savings bank account. We are merging the world of gaming and finance to build better financial profiles for our users and engage them into healthy finance through gaming. Founded by Manish Maryada and Shourya Lala, Fello has been incubated and funded by Entrepreneur First and also a part of the CIIE.CO Bharat Inclusion Programme.

Marketing and Growth Manager Role:

- Marketing, Growth and PR are the key pillars of Fello. We are looking for a Rockstar Marketing bee who can be the face of the entire marketing and growth of the company. The responsibilities include:

- Own growth, marketing and PR departments of the organization

- Work along with product team in ideating and implementing tech-product improvements

- Own the entire online and offline marketing channels which includes social media, influencer marketing, ambassador programmes, etc.

- Ideate, plan and execute GTMs to increase download count and outreach of the application across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities

- Define and track key growth metrics and KPIs and be responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly targets

- Being on par with the market and understand competitor trends in terms of product and marketing

- Improve on branding and position of the product in the market and within the target audience

- Handle digital marketing, SEO, Google Play/App Store optimization, Adwords, etc.

We are looking for someone, who has:

- A killer 2-4 years of experience in marketing and growth teams

- Experience in a B2C startup environment is a huge plus

- Concrete experience in online and offline brand

- Hands on experience in SEO, Google Adwords, Analytics and other marketing tools

- Amazing communication skills with ability to communicate in English and Hindi

- Should be creative and have an eye for designing and content writing

- We are not particular about having a degree, but if you are from marketing and growth background with an MBA from top tier institute, you will have few brownie points under your bucket

- Outstanding multitasking abilities

- Extraordinary energy, highly motivated and ability to work in a high octane startup environment
