Your key responsibilities as a Client Support Deputy Team Lead will include:
- Maintaining and gaining knowledge of FE fundinfo's products, data, and processes to guide and assist our clients.
- Serving as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, managing critical escalations, and ensuring support SLAs are met.
- Supervising and leading a team of customer support representatives, scheduling shifts, and organizing team meetings.
- Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, monitoring performance, and implementing improvement plans.
- Preparing and publishing necessary reports, presenting findings in review meetings, and contributing to knowledge management articles.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Support Deputy Team Lead:
- You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing teams, involving coordination and interaction with customers using Salesforce.
- You should have managed projects and teams together.
- You will have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- You must be proficient with MS Office suite and Salesforce.
