Qualification: MSc Chemistry

Experience: 20 to 25 Years

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a robust quality control strategy to guarantee product excellence.

- As a team catalyst lead and inspire a team of QC professionals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

- Ensure all testing methods are validated, reliable, and compliant with regulatory standards.

- Champion compliance with all relevant regulations, including FDA, cGMP, and pharmacopeia standards.

- Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify the source of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate overall quality performance.
