Position: FCH Specialist, Banking & Controls

Total experience: 3+yrs

Job Description:

General Summary:

- The primary focus of this role is to provide support for managing the banking relationship and controls.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Processing billings, manage the end to end payment process involving preparing documentations, preparing debit instructions, providing instructions to the bank, monitoring the transfer process and all reports relevant to the transaction.

- Responsible for all bank transaction, flush backs, transfers and funding requirements.

- Responsible for all customer and bank queries in regards to both domestic and international payments

- Loading data into the system where not automated

- Running process cut-offs as required

- Responsible of bank account reconciliations on a monthly basis.

- Responsible for implementing all banking controls and ensure adherence to the same

Job Requirements:

- Associate’s Degree (financial studies), or equivalent experience

- Job-related experience equivalent to advanced vocational training (Reconciliations / Settlements)

- Demonstrated ability to apply somewhat diversified procedures to similar situations, paying close attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Intermediate Excel and Access user skills
