FCBGA Development Engineer - Semi Conductor Firm

Our client is one of the market leaders in the Semiconductor (PCB) industry. We are working for this role along with an international recruiter from South Korea.

Location: South Korea

Salary : Rs.1.5 crores to Rs.2 crores ( not restriction )

We are looking for Development Engineer for FCBGA (Flip Chip Ball Grid Array).

Working with an international Partner

Development Engineer for FCBGA (Flip Chip Ball Grid Array).

- Proceed with new development program of Global customer as Program Leader

- Organize the internal / customer meeting for new projects

- Manage/support Customer audit for new projects

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities :

- Manage customer meeting for new project as a program leader

- Manage development roadmap through understanding customer and market trends

- Customer design review (DFM: Design for Manufacturing) and development sample delivery management

- Improvement of internal yield and first response window in case of customer issue

- Prepare audit on customer's request items

- Support approval work when applying new process or method

- Support Path-finding activities according to customer roadmap

- Set up the SOP on the new development items

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering and Science

- 10~20 years work experience with Global Customers in Semiconductor (PCB) industry

- Experience in project management

- Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services

- Strong knowledge and expertise in substrates and assembly

- Fluent in English (No need to speak Korean)
