HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the sales team, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance and engagement. The role involves managing core HR functions, building relationships with employees, and supporting the sales workforce across regions.
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the hiring of top talent for the sales team, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to assess and enhance individual and team performance.
- Assist in performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback sessions.
3. Training & Development:
- Design and execute training programs tailored for sales excellence and professional growth.
- Identify skill gaps and work with leaders to deliver impactful training solutions.
4. Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by organizing engagement activities tailored for the sales workforce.
- Conduct regular check-ins to address employee concerns and improve satisfaction.
5. Field Staff Interaction:
- Visit markets regularly to meet General Trade (GT) field staff.
- Understand their issues, address concerns and track resolutions to improve field engagement and productivity.
6. HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage employee records, attendance and other HR operations specific to the sales team.
7. Employee Relations:
- Address grievances, resolve conflicts and promote a culture of transparency and fairness.
8. HR Metrics:
- Track, analyze and present key HR metrics, such as attrition, headcount and engagement scores.
- Provide insights to the sales leadership team to drive data-backed decision-making.
9. Collaboration:
- Partner with leaders to address organizational needs and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a sales-driven organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and interact with field staff regularly.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
