Roles & Responsibilities -
1) Ensured Customer problem statements and Success process by understanding the customer's persona, Product journey, and Client needs for our SaaS platform.
2) Responsible for managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
3) Built successful relationship with Talent Acquisition heads and Hiring managers at all client firms, ensuring open lines of communication for feedback and renewals.
4) Maintained effective communication with HRs and Talent Acquisition heads along with day-today users of the platform by providing customer support, product knowledge and guidance post sale.
5) Provided customer experience analysis of customer interactions and data to build successful product use cases, product improvement, feature request and bugs.
6) Collaborated closely with the sales marketing and tech team to consistently deliver ROI to our clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 2+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2B & End to End Sales. (Mandatory)
