Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute business plans to enhance market share and profitability in the small-ticket lending sector.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to market release, including market research, development, and user experience optimization.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and finance teams to ensure product success and strategic alignment.
- Analyze product performance using financial data, identify trends, and implement data driven decisions to optimize profit and loss outcomes.
- Lead change initiatives to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison for all stakeholder communications regarding product strategy and performance.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in business product management, specifically within the fintech industry.
- MBA from a reputable institution with a robust understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale fintech products successfully. - Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to improve business processes.
- Extensive experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- In-depth understanding of lending products, particularly in the context of small-ticket loans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience in small-ticket size lending.
- Previous experience reporting to senior management, such as a CBO or similar.
